Meet the Artists Tamara Amoroso & Marco Caridad

Please join us for wine and hors d'oeuvres

Tamara Amoroso lives on the North Shore of Massachusetts and creates mainly landscapes, working in pastel. "I love the hands-on feel and the clear colors of the pastels. My paintings are influenced by my training as a graphic designer as well as my surroundings. I come to Vieques in the winter where the fabulous colors and landscape give me plenty of opportunities to explore and paint on location.”
Marco Caridad: "Bonds of the Soul" - mixed mediaThe series “Bonds of the Soul” by Marco Caridad surrounds the idea of a love story, two beings connected through their soul; I was inspired by the book “Soul Mates and Twin Flames: The Spiritual Dimension of Love and Relationships” by Elizabeth Clare Prophet.

She interviewed aunts, cousins, and neighbors and we searched, met, and composed many of them. The book is 12"x12" and 250 pages. English & Spanish. 50 recipes/ 20 artworks/10 stories/70 original photos.
